Suburban tailgate window channel replacements

My tailgate window channels (the vertical guide channels) are in rough shape and need replacement. I do not find replacements anywhere, so I'm guessing that they will need to be fabricated or alternate ones modified to fit. I did come across K5 window channels, but of course they are different.

Searching does not come up with anything other than felt replacements, nothing about the channels themselves. Does anyone have any tips/suggestions from those who have already dealt with this?

Finding good used channels would be far easier than fabricating new ones.
