Stumble at idle

For some reason when my trucks ideling it drops slightly in rpm every once in a enough for me to notice by ear then it comes back up. what could be causing this to happen

Check all your spark plugs, cap, rotor, carb adjustments.

I changed out the spark plugs and it helped it still a small stumble but it is very minor if it wasn't my truck i wouldn't notice it.

What about under your distributor cap, did you take a peek at the terminals under there to see if there was any buildup on them?

Also, while You are under that distributor cap, look closely for the black carbon tracking. Black distributor, it is a tough one to see but it will cause cross firing between cylinders.
