Ive got an 83 swb with a hackjob lowering job courtesy of the P.O, could someone with a stock height truck take some measurements, preferably ground to fender lip for the front and ground to bottom of rear bumper? (my beds off)

What has been done to your suspension and what do you want to do to correct it with regard to the measurements you requested. (My truck is lower, so I don't have those measurements)

Ok, those springs are ruined, you will need another set for sure. I'm assuming you want to match the ride height in the front after you change the rear springs and need to know how to do it, right? If that's the case I need to see a pic of the front. Do you have drop spindles in the front along with the cut springs?

Haha I know I need new leafs. From looking at other trucks I'd say its dropped about 2/3-4, and the front is only cut with stock spindles. so Im planning on buying a pair of 4in. drop leafs from Western Chassis that way I kill two birds with one stone... I was really just wondering where a stock truck would ride compared to mine.

Lol, If I remember correctly mine was about 34in at the bottom of the rear fender lip before I lowered it and I think its 28 or 29in now with a flip kit installed. I'll measure it tonight.

Allright, I was wrong, the bottom of the rear fender lip is 27in from the ground with a 26in tire(295/50/15). For a better point of reference my rear axle is 3.5in from the frame. My springs still have the factory arch and a basic flip kit of 5-6in.
