stock bumper?

is my bumper stock? it has an 8000lb towing capacity and an 800lb toung weight, i was just wondering if the stock bumper came like that or if mine is after market?

I could be wrong but I think stock bumpers have a 5000# tow capacity and a 500# tongue weight.
