Looking to replace clutch/flywheel
Never attempted before
Looking for any advice suggestions on clutch kits or how to info.
Motor is stock. Nothing fancy. Just need to be functional

No need to replace the flywheel, it can.be resurfaced at any machine shop.

It's pretty straightforward, drop the trans and send it.

Resurfacing should work fine, but make sure you look for cracks first.

We always resurfaced the flywheel. Have to pull the shift handle and clutch linkage and a wire or two if they're still there, speedo cable, and driveshaft.

Pull entire transmission including bell housing. Do a throwout bearing now too, even if it seems decent.
