That pic is awfully small; what kind of molding are you seeing?

There were no body side moldings or wheel opening moldings available on the stepside from the factory, but pretty much anything from a fleetside can be retrofit however you want.

I'd check with the usual suspects (Brothers, LMC, Classic parts, etc).

There is molding running the body line. I will see if I can enlarge it.

It's probably just some tape stripes. Common to see on a stepside, and looks good too, IMHO.
