Have you ever installed a set of headers, and they wouldn't clear something? Worried that denting a bit to fit would effect performance?

I found this video VERY interesting. I've had to take a hammer to headers a few times, and got all worried about it.. Never had issues, now, I am not worried either! :D

Interesting. I guess the biggest lesson you could take away from this, other than not to sweat a little messaging to clearance, is to make sure your headers are properly sized. A little restriction is necessary. I wonder if they would have had the same results if they had started with a set that had the next size primary tube smaller?
