Medium duty cab, floor is flat and firewall has a deeper center portion than a pickup.

I also recently realized/discovered the medium duty squares use most of a 67-72 floor pan.

Spotted this unusual cab. Kinda giving me the urge for a build.

I believe you need that cab on your dully, or start a new build around that cab!

When they were built, those parts would have still been available, or in inventory....
Medium duty trucks are produced in such smaller numbers than the regular pickups and SUVs.

Definitely would be an interesting build if it can be done. Guaranteed confused looks at any car show.

Holy ****! You're right! I've never seen one with the floor bare before

This one had popped up on marketplace a couple weeks back, I’m looking at it and I’m like, those floor braces look awfully familiar…

I’ve even worked on a couple medium duty squares and been underneath them and never noticed.

This was a pretty well optioned truck for a medium duty, big back window, air conditioning.

So if it’s a 67-72 floor, me wonders how a medium duty cab would fit on a 67-72 frame…

Interesting! I picked up this jewel over the weekend, 84 GMC 7000 dump truck. Didn't notice the small back glass until seeing this post. Also has the 67-72 style floor for the most part.

In my neck of the woods there are plenty of the six wheelers still working. I got my rebuilt motor out of a six wheeler that dropped the transmission and they were tired of messing with it.
