Replacing the clutch in my 73 k10 with sm465, bought a luk 04-902 clutch and LFW101 flywheel. The pilot bearing in the kit doesn't fit my crank and frankly the hole is barely bigger than the tip of my input shaft. I'm not even sure there was a pilot bearing on this at all. Has anyone seen this before?

Are you sure there's not one in there? In the picture, there looks to be a minor difference in coloration about where a bushing would be.

Are you possibly getting confused by the fact that your kit came with a bearing but a bushing is just as common if not more common?. I think you have a bushing in the crank presently. Take a screwdriver and give a little scrape I'll bet your bushing is there, when you scrape it you'll see the brass glint.

That's what I'm thinking.. It appears the pilot bushing has been pushed into the hole a little deeper than it should be.. @guitarfreak235 use the alignment tool that came with the clutch kit and see if it will fit into the smaller hole at the center of the crankshaft. If it does, that's your problem..
