Hahaha!!
At least I dropped $10AUS at the car wash and cleaned all the mud off!
But did you burn the tires off the truck? I lucked into a Hemi Ram rental in Chicago a few years ago going to watch my son play hockey.
All our old college friends there. We put 40k miles of burnouts on those back tires in 2 days. Had to wash the rubber out of the wheel wells. It was so bad I almost rotated them to the front so I wouldn’t get blamed for balding the tires!
That rental looks identical to my younger son’s truck. It had the silver wheels on it, grampa truck.

About 10-12 years ago, my dad rented a Ram 1500 ECSB with the Hemi/8-speed/4x4, thing even had 3.92 gears in it, for us to take from Ga up to Charlotte, NC for a family reunion weekend. After we picked it up, we stopped at a gas station about 10mi away to fuel up and he went to check the oil for good measure. Nice truck

Apparently somebody'd had a helluva time offroad and didn't even bother to rinse it just the least little bit. I bet they never even looked under it when it got turned back in

About 45 minutes to an hour
If ever get the time, I was thinking about visiting LMC in Lenexa and was just curious. Waiting to get a crap load of parts in cart, drive down to save 10%, no shipping fees and make other stops along the way. Plus I need to load up on Yuengling.

LMK when you go I have to go that direction all the time. There is nothing where I live 24 miles to the nearest grocery store maybe we'll grab lunch

There's a guy in PA that has a wagon with a twin turbo'd Vette motor. Once posted a video of his friend pacing him on a bike - his speedo read 168mph and the wagon was pulling away. I guess a good wreck at almost 200mph will show just how safe they are.
FOUND IT......Volvette

This is how my day started yesterday. About 5 miles from this QT, I heard a loud bang like something hard hit my roof. Didn't think anything of it in the moment. The last ~1/2 mile or so, I felt like the truck was struggling, then noticed the lean when I parked. I think it must've been a screwdriver or something. That bang must've been the screwdriver or whatever it was hitting the inner wheel well in the rear. It was a perfect hole, nothing in the tire unfortunately

And this is how it ended. I plugged it, hoping I could save the tire but apparently I drove it completely flat longer than I realized. Sucks too cuz that was the best tire of the bunch, it still had a sticker on it when I bought it, it was brand new. Prior to last week, the worst of the 4 (it was cupped pretty good) was on that corner. Busted the **** out of the sidewall:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Yup. Flat tires suck, whatever the reason. One cost me a day of work Friday, then $429 on Saturday afternoon to replace it and the left rear(bad tire was on the right rear too), including $75 for mobile service because my spare tire wouldn't hold air so we couldn't drive the truck a few blocks to the tire store.....
