I think they still do, but if you can't find it, let me know. My Grandpa was a chemical engineer for 3m for 50 years and is constantly bringing me 3m stuff, including cans of adhesive remover.

I wouldn't be surprised that they still do. It worked really well. It's just been about ten years since I needed some last.

Or the elbow grease way of using a plastic scraper. Adhesive remover would be easier though.

Goo gone takes off 3M double sided tape residue, so I'd imagine it will take off vinyl residue. Elbow grease and a lot of goo gone would do it. The eraser works well when done right, too. More than one way to skin a cat, as they say!
