Yep, I'm talking about the green and blue pair of wires in your first picture. You illustrate where they enter the cab and go up and then to the right. In my case, they continue to the base of the steering column (inside the cab) and then disappear in the harness there (that moves away from the steering column).
I think the black and white pair in your second picture are for the transfer case, feeding the 4X4 indicator in the dash. Thanks @AuroraGirl
