haha!
naw, far from it, this was in '87, long before roadkill was even a thing, hell even before the interweb was a thing...lol.
and around where i live, you would never get a vehicle on the road with no windows-instant V.I. time...

buddies was a '76 620, not up to date on imports, but the roadkill datsun front end looks like an older model
buddy started with a buick v6 in his, then later swapped in a 283/glide combo.
this is the only pic i got of it, like i said, imports aren't my thing

checked out the years. my friends was a '76 620, roadkill's datsun is a '67-'72 520
look at the cove on the body on roadkill, buddy's truck has a smooth side
maybe roadkill should pay us a royalty...lol

It became a reality, a withering form of nostalgia for times long past.

that would be a 1928/1929 Ford Model AA truck converted into a tractor probably in the late 30s or wwii time. it has 2 transmissions and it appears to have been destined for plow service. i say this because of the spacing and length dont make sense for any rows or common stuff, but the standing or whatever they did and the bucked up rear end + the two transmissions and the chaisn makes me think this was meant to yank something through some **** and it wasnt going to ask permission. Length would keep it planted better id think

Very cool, all of it. does the AA run, or is it beyond it? Still want to see the Fordson in the shed !

The fordson is outside, I showed the photo of it when it ran last, I have one distant shot on hand

Then behind this grand am (rip) is a 53 or so massey harris but the one with highert clearance than the normal wide front/row crop.

that massey harris is in the shed now and is a early year 44 row crop(as you can see)
the model aa was running when my grandpa got it. no idea how well i was too young to rememeber when he got it, but he never bothered because it would require some work to modify and he wanted to make it a lawn ornament anyway. he never ended up clearing the spot he wanted to put it of dirt so Now I have the tires aired and freed up the brake on the driver side on the rear and move it around to mow.

There is a john deere model H in the shed which is restored but needs maintenance to run and also reportdely needs a magneto replaced. the tires could use a leak repair on the front too. (rust or valve stem because it was restored in the late 90s but not externally rusty) could be a puncture too. Thats a row crop

There are 5 tractors not seen that are in the yard otherwise, 1 cases 1 farmall, 1 oliver, and 1 maybe... is jd... and 1 is for sure jd

My first car was a '79 Malibu I paid $475 for from my grandpa's neighbor, put $250 in it for tuneup stuff and drove it 1.5hrs home lol. 267ci 2-barrel, T350, 2.42 rear gear, dark blue on light blue lol. No pictures though, tore it apart and started working on it but never finished it.

So my first car that I really got to drive was my '87 IROC, 305 HO 4bbl, 700R4, 2.73, bright blue with grey cloth and all the power options and T-tops. It was a great car, I'd love to have another.

First car was a 53 Mercury with a flat head V8 and 3 on the tree. Great car - got me across the country in the winter but then threw a rod on the way to work.
Next was ac 54 country squire wagon. I bought someone else's project but was too young and distracted to finish it. I miss this one the most even toot it never ran. Big beautiful boat.
I now have a 69 bmw 1602 that needs a lot of rust repair, a 74 super beetle that really just needs a little TLC but it starts and runs great
And of course my 84 k10 which will be my daily driver soon

And . . . I have premix to add a honda z600 to the stable if I can get the right price
