All the diagrams I have show every available confiuration (of the 1976 350) as having an EGR valve - and most used an EFE valve as well. Here is the simplest dwg I could find:

Fig. 5 Vacuum hose schematic-1976 V8 350 engine 4-bbl (Federal 4WD)

If they don't require an EGR, then just cap off the unused ports on the carburetor.
If you don't have an EGR valve, I doubt you have an EFE valve either.

With those two components not installed (or required to pass emissions) you can also remove the TVS's for them - if they still exist. Install pipe plugs where the TVS's were located.

So basically you will have only one vacuum line. It will go from the carb to the vacuum advance diaphragm on the distributor. Use one of the unported connections on the carb - that would be a small one way down low.

You also should have a larger hose running from the PCV valve on the valve cover to the large port on the carb. And - if you have vacuum assist power brakes - there will be another hose from the back of the carb over to the power brake actuator.

There will also be a vacuum line to the thermostat for the air door in the air cleaner snorkel if you have the stock air cleaner.
