The oxygen sensor gauges caught my eye for the tuning potential, and condition tracking. This is a nice little video regarding them. It gives a lot of relative info on their use and installation.
A dedicated EFR gauge, in conjunction with a vacuum gauge, should tell users almost everything they need to know to get their rig to optimum operation.
Of course, they don't give them away, and there is that matter of installing the sensors.
