You'll need the clutch assembly parts from an 85 or newer square,( bell housing, slave, master cylinders). Pedal assembly also.

I did get a chance to look at both my transmissions last night. It appears that the transmission side of the adapters is the same on both early and late models. So if need be, you could just swap the input gear on the t-case to match your output spline, and use the older style adapter and t-case.
