Oddly, I like the canopy.

But not so much to return to the land of my youth. Unless it was free and my truck was completely road worthy. Maybe. But it fits weird.

Does it come with baggies of green stuff?
Just asking for a friend.
Nah, I mailed those out last night.

Seriously, I wrapped a betucci field watch in bubble wrap to send to them for a battery replacement and re-certify the waterproof-ness. The guy at the post office asked what I was sending. I told him a bag of pot. The watch is green. He grabbed it and studied it, no it's not. I kept saying it and then he finally played along.

Not bad if she's solid underneath (frame) and runs halfway decent add about 2 grand for one around here that looks like that.

It could be for ford or dodge bed. The camper shell I bought is for a squarebody bed, it fits like a glove it. It'll fit Crusty Biscuit as well, but Crusty's bed is a little wider than the 81, and I need big'ol clamps to mount it to Crusty, whereas, mounting it the 81 I can use much smaller clamps. It's about a 3 inch difference width-wise between 1965 and 1981, length is roughly the same. Also, the 81 bed has a slight taper at the back, not noticeable at all look at the bed or the bed with the shell on it, but it's noticeable on Crusty with the shell on.

Based on the asking price I’d say not. Owner smoked it all before he made the for sale signs….
That’s a pretty fugly grungy truck for $3k. Guessing the interior and engine bay are as “period correct” as the exterior.

It wouldn’t be a bad looking patina rig if the front fenders were original.
