Hey y'all. I've had my suburban for a few months now and I figured I ought to join a forum! This one seems like one of the better ones so here I am.

Here's a video of Rumble.

I feel very lucky that my parents were able to help me out in getting a vehicle for me while I'm in high school. This is my first vehicle and I couldn't be more pleased! It has an H-pipe dual exhaust (I'm not sure if that counts as true duals or not but I'm not fussed about it). It either didn't come with cats or has had them removed, I'm not sure. It hasn't failed to start up on me yet and it still shifts strong and maintains a good temperature when I'm driving. I don't drive crazy but it definitely pulls well enough for daily driving.

There you go!

Thanks! I dig your suburban. I saw your thread about EGR troubleshooting. Do you think that mine throwing a code sometimes will cause a problem? It only throws a code 32 on a particularly straight and flat stretch of road. I don't think that it's pinging or knocking, but I really don't know what that would sound like anyway.

welcome x3, nice intro vid.

Personally, not a fan of running boards on the R's since they're already so low...but it's your truck so whatever floats your boat. Also, those mirrors look terrible, I'll trade you some manual dumbos for them just to help ya' out.:emotions33:

I just dig the look of the running boards, you know? And I dig the power mirrors lol. They're "nifty". It is what it is though.

I'm just floored to see a young kid's first ride to be a Burb like that. That is so awesome. :High 5:

Before my last 2 Burbs I inherited my Dads GMT400 pickup and I named it "Rumble" in honor of Transformer's Soundwave minion Rumble and the 40 series dual outlet Flowmaster I had pointing out of the pass side in front of the rear wheel to wake up **** heads in the right lane lol. :D
