Guess I didn't think to look for lockouts on the hubs.
Truck does look like it's in not that bad of shape though.

yes the truck is in Ontario Canada, across from Detroit, we posted on Craigslist as this is the main selling source in the US, as here we use Kijiji. Kijiji is our own version of Craigslist in a way.

yes the truck is in very good shape, still needs an final paint job, few small dings in the driver fender and door, but no serious body work. Def a cake walk for an experienced body repair person. And its just a cab, cheaper as opposed to doing a cab and full box, etc.
