I'm up in the Dudley area, and yeah there are some pretty nice spots to hit up with the truck once you get her going pretty decently. I usually find my way down to Brickstone Kitchen in Sutton for their cruise nights once in a while. Thompson Rod & Gun Club has a decent one, there's always the Lions Club show in Uxbridge every year that is good. Putnam's show this past year was insane! They moved the Wicked Big Car show to the speedway in Louden NH this year, won't be going to that one. But I also hit up a few of the Cars & Coffee events near me in Spencer, Auburn and definitely hit up the one at Tree House Brewing Co in Charlton.

Glad you got it home and some of that mess sorted. A lot of working on these old squares are undoing the previous owners "modifications" lol. Look forward to seeing the progress on it bud and maybe we'll run into each other at some point in time
Cool, I will have to be on the look out for some of those events!

Yeah the "modifications" may be leading me to an LS swap, after I had talked myself into keeping the 350. I connected vacuum hoses and other tidbits yesterday, and had her running pretty good until she started leaking anti-freeze everywhere. The bottom hose feels full of gunk, so it'll go on the lift after I do an oil change on the Shelby later today hopefully. I'll flush the coolant, do the oil, which looks like sludge, so I'm hoping its not the head gasket. The other are of concern is that the intake manifold bolts look to be put in severely cross threaded, and then covered with RTV.

I was thinking about building up the 350, but its looking like the one on there may not be long for the world, and if I will need to pull it out, I might as well upgrade to the LS.

This changes my plans as I had wanted to get her running well, then do the interior this Spring, and cruise her over he winter before building up the 350. Now it looks like I may be doing the swap this Spring, and maybe a bot of the interior, and then suspension next winter. I will know more when I get it on the lift and actually start digging in.
