New from Texas

Hello, new guy from Texas. I have a 1981 Silverado that's been in the family since new except for when it got stolen in 2004. Thankfully I got it back in late 2007 in one piece, but it has needed a lot of work to get it back to pre stolen greatness. Unfortunately the VIN decal, tire pressure decal, and build decal in the glove box were all removed, but just I'm happy to have the truck back where it belongs! My goal has been to get it as close to original condition as possible. Well with the exception of upgrading the 305 to a 350.

Sorry to hear about your truck getting stolen, but its great that you got it back. I bet that rarely happens.
