Need a solid opinion

Soo again, very new to this forum but im really bouncing back and forth on what i want, and im hoping someone on here will push my in the right direction, now im thinking bout repainting the truck candy red ( assuming all goes smooth) now for my interior, im really stuck on, Should i go red with red (its what is in there already but i need to buy quite a bit of things) or should i go red ext. with a black inter? my brains been bouncing back and forth all day on this, your important is really appreciated.

I love red interiors, but not so much with red paint. On the other hand, I bought a metallic red truck with a red interior.

haha you just made me Teter more lol. i dont know, i jsut want my truck to be different from all the rest you see, and i know around here anyways, if you see a square body 80% of the time is black 10% its grey 10% every other color.
Id love to paint the whole thing black, but i jsut dont wanna be like everybody else. it would be a high gloss out side, (assuming i can paint it that well)

And thanks so much for the opinion guys! really apprecaite it, ill probably put in a matte black finish, or even try out bed liner and see whats up.

for the seat i would go with black
i did the bedliner on the floors make sure if you go that way put at least two coats down

Okay, Currently i have a red suede Seat, im sure i could find a black one, or trade it off. well i was looking earlyer and saqw that there was someone on the forum that painted interior peices with bedliner and it didnt look too bad, from what i saw, id proabaly be spraying it instead of rolling so itd probably look alot smoother than rolling. How did your floor look?

im just so torn up about this truck i want to get it done Asap but some things need time i guess.

well i sprayed the transmission hump, under the seat and behind the seat and rolled the rest the only problem i have found was i didnt roll it thick enough and were my foot moves to go from the gas pedal to the brake pedal it wore throught the bedliner

hmm ill keep that in mind, maybe i should start a build thread to keep everyone posted on this. haha i just wish getting parts to canada was cheaper.

For Red on Red, it depends. Anything red interior from about 1972 and before is georgous... but mid 80s red is pure puke. Go black, sells better than red interior any day and is easier on the wallet.

I would go black interior, I have never been a fan of red interior.

If you got the funds you could have the seats redone in black with red thread and would bring you closer to that something nobody else has.

I like that idea, gotta be subtle with the red stitching though, it would be easy to overdose.
