Name that sound!

I have been trying to locate this sound for some time now. It seems as though it's coming from the front end somewhere (maybe driveline?). It comes about sporadically and only when I'm driving above 20ish MPH. It may sound like a whistle from the wind but it's not. It's kind of a metallic ringing.

Can anyone help me identify it?
