My new HF welder

Here's after grinding with my great new cordless grinder, but my battery died before I could finish cleaning it up on the right side.

So I decided to go ahead and replace the side part which looked pretty bad. Still need to grind that. I didn't keep the little notch that it normally has. It's probably there for a crumple zone or something but it's kind ugly.

Far from "thrown to the wolves" - thats a million times better than any of the work I've done with a MIG.....
