Motor Mount Brackets

The brackets that bolt to the frame that the motor mounts hang on.....each side uses 6 bolts (12 total). 2 of these bolts are 1/2" longer than the other 10. I can find no reason for the longer bolts - anyone know why or which ones are longer?

I believe the 2 longer ones go in the front of the right side mount bracket as there is a gusset there which creates about 1/4" thicker area to be bolted down.
