Missing the red shifter arrow

When I bought my truck, I realized that the red arrow that indicates which gear you're in was missing. I thought that it'll be an easy and cheap fix thinking that I could simply order a replacement. But I cant find one anywhere. Did this ever happen to someone else and if so, did you find a replacement?
