Please help me identify which is outlet to carb and inlet from tank. No markings or identification and came with no instructions. I’ve tried cranking it over and feeling for suction/pushing air out but can’t crank it fast enough to get a good feel. I have my assumptions but I want to be sure.

One closest to frame rail should be inlet. You should put more details in your posts. Like what you are working on,what manufacturer of part, what engine etc. But thank you for the pic it made it easy.
