Just bought a 81 C 10 that the previous owner had started to lower. While lowering the front in I've run in to a problem. The drivers side lower control arm is worn and I can't get the lower ball joint to fit tight enough. I have tried the oversized ones from Napa but still not tight enough for my liking. Any idea what models might fit c10, c20 and so forth that might interchange or maybe an oversize to the oversize. Sorry for the long post just trying to get it back on the road.

Yep, it's pretty common to just tack them in with a welder if they are loose.
