Looking for 1 ton control arms for slammed setup

I did a bit of searching, here and the Google, and i am having a very hard time finding control arms that fit my 1989 R3500. I want to lower it, but I have concerns about alignment after if I only use drop spindle and spring with factory arms. Does anyone know of who makes any if at all? Thanks in advance.

We used the spindles and springs in all the trucks we did back in the day and never had any alignment issues.
