You cant come on here, make one (your first yet!) post of teaser pics and not show us the rest of that truck. Its in the rules....somewhere.

I know it is.
That is a bad ass truck. Not really a fan of the black trend in trucks but I think that looks good with the black mirrors and the belly stripe.

I don't know about anyone else, but for some reason this site doesn't show the pictures when I'm on my Galaxy S9! It just shows where a picture is supposed to be.

Yep, it's in the rules. You can't see it cuz I used black font on this black background but I know it's there. I put there my damn self.

It's because of Tapatalk. I've got a Galaxy S9 and the pictures always work. I just use regular ol Google chrome.

I had this step mounted on driver's side only. The gas tank on passenger side
didn't provide the clearance I wanted, plus let the passenger climb in. ;-)

I really didn't care for the step, so I removed it and cobbled together these side bars from stuff I
had saved over the years. They're bolted to the rocker and the frame.

Colin, could you maybe post a couple of pic's of the mounting points showing how you attached to the body and the frame???????BTW I really like the way they look, appear to be very functional yet not gaudy like the oldschool aluminum running boards.

Thanks for the compliment.
Mostly it was mounted too far forward and made using it awkward.
If you go that route, be sure it's where you want it before you start drilling holes in the rocker.
I felt about middle of the door would have been better.

Here's a pic that shows it better...

Just be like me guys, jump over the running boards and half the driver's floor because neither are secure! My floor starts about Midway clutch pedal

After all this rain passes by I'll crawl under and get a few pics.
Can't explain why I didn't do it when I was fabbing and putting them on.

Oh course not a Square, but I built these for my truck. Also added some beer openers on them so I’m never without. Worst thing is no bottle opener while wheeling hunting or camping in general.

Huh?
Use the door striker!
Haha. I have never been good at Finding random spots to open my beer. BUT it’s multifunctional.
So I went with it. Have one in each side of the truck and two on each step.

I was gunna mount a plain ol bottle opener to the back bumper of my suburban for when we go to the races but the burb quit before i could. I did manage to rig up a bumper flagpole attachment though, held a 15' flagpole perfect!

Not really a smoker. But I have used them when available. I have a zippo mostly.
Swear by zippo! My everyday chevy zippo, my deceased fathers harley zippo case and my daily chevy wallet
