left turn signal dash light stays on.

Oops, meant right. When I turn the running lights on the right turn sig. light turns on. It wont dim with the other lights but does flash when I turn it on to turn. Anything I can do?

Wrong Bulb for turn signal indicator or bad bulb on the outisde of the truck

That`ll happen if the filaments in one of them 1166 bulbs burns offt and crosses over to the other filament.
as stated "Bulb in socket wrong" or "wrong bulb" or the insulator on the wires might be turned off just a little.
There is a rough service type of bulb that can be had,the filaments in them is a lot tougher and stands up to vibes a lot better.I use those now,especially in the Harley.
