Hey guys I have been working on my
K5 power glass tailgate. Replaced the rotted sash, got the window all the way up now. Replaced the shot outer window sweep and it still leaks water into the interior. The sweep is seated nicely. I have the inside tailgate access panel removed and I found that this is how the water is getting to the interior. Is this normal? I put the panel back on to see if it would divert the rain water to the drains in the bottom of the tailgate. Since the top outer corners of the tailgate at each edge of the window sweep aren’t sealed I assume it is designed to take on some water and then drain through the bottom but I wanted to ask you guys first. Getting quite a bit of water in during a heavy rain storm
