Leaf spring bushing destroyed. What would cause this?

Rubber I'm pretty sure you're good to use anti seize. You're correct though; and as far as I know poly is oil resistant to an extent.

If he would've slowed down a touch and not over jumped it, it wouldn't have been too bad.
