Junction Blocks, Options and Opinions?

Anybody run a junction block in the cab so that way you only have one lead coming in to tie everything to? Was thinking something like this

to tie multiple grounds into

and this on the right

to tie the hot leads into?

Or do you guys have any others out there that you are using?

Thought it might even be nice to use a simpler junction block to run off the ignition wire to tie all my gauges into one simple connection.

Opinions?
