Here's an update. It wasn't easy had two friends come over to help. Good thing one of them has installed a few using the rope method but like anything if it can mess with you it will. The one piece of advise is to be liberal with glass cleaner or what ever lube you use. They recommend glass cleaner foaming spray on. And be patient!
