Is it oil or antifreeze?

My engine decided to keep fouling out the number 1 and 3 plugs so I decided to find out why. Pulled the head of and the 1 chamber has a ton of build up on it! What do you guys think? Guides bad? The truck didn’t smoke or anything out of the ordinary.

I just noticed this thread. The white buildup is probably oil. I doubt that it is from the valve guides. It is most likely from worn or stuck piston rings.
