Idles fine but stalls when put in gear!!

I don't know qj's well, but have you made sure the choke mechanism is properly adjusted? OP did mention the problem goes away when the truck is warmed up...

Choke is definitely something I need to look into adjusting. I just figured it would be set properly since it’s a fully rebuilt carb. And it revs up just fine when I’m in Park. Although I believe it’s set for high altitude and I’m basically at sea level here in Santa Barbara... I’ll start monkeying with the choke next if my problem isn’t solved from the idle adjustment. Thanks!

If nothing else, that idle vacuum is now nominal where it was slightly low before. Hope that gets it.
