The name is Nate - I've owned a frame off resto '84 C10 short bed that started life as a V6/TH400 and an '86 K25 High Sierra.
The C10 received a healthy 350 and long tubes, only to install an Edelbrock intake and heads, Holley 670 carb, Crane cam, and a 383 stroker kit.
The Sierra was a 350/TH350/208 with a junkyard 4" lift and 38" Boggers.
My neighbor has a mid-80's GMC K10 that I'm about to purchase. It's got an SM465 and NP208 is all I know. It's sat for a few years, but eventually I want to swap in a K20 14 bolt, ORD 4" shackle lift, and an NV4500.
