how to remove rear door glass, back door glass, side door glass

I have a 1984 C10 Suburban. The rear driver's side door glass is cracked. I recently bought a replacement from a salvage yard. It was already pulled when I got there. Now I'm ready to replace glass but I cannot find any information on the proper way to remove / install the glass. I've replaced door glass before, just not on a C10.

Front door:

This is the regulator but I think you need to unbolt it to get the glass out any way:
