How do my spark plugs look?

Just got my 85 in the garage for some tests. It’s been running rough no power dying out sputtering. This a possible cause ?

I see oil and carbon from poor running, If it's not smoking blue when driving then I'd look at ignition or carb.

Rich and a little bit of oil, a couple gaps look small too.

I’m going to try to adjust the carb after I do a comp test and put new plugs in.

Gap at 45. Check timing as well.
