Do you have a return style pump? Rubber or hardline to the carb? The big 3/8 line goes to the inlet from the tank, the nipple pointing towards the frame, the feed for the carb points at the rad. Then if you have a return its the small 5/16 pointing towards the rear of the truck(sometimes) It's always the small. The inlets always 3/8 and the carb outlet should have a threaded flare line connection.

Looks like somebody replaced the hardline that goes to the carb. The hose running behind the water pump appears to feed the carb. Double check that. If so there should be one threaded port on the fuel pump the threaded port goes to the carb. The barbed 3/8ths port goes to the tank. P.S. a rubber hose on the pressure port going to top of the engine is not a great idea. Check and replace that hose often. I've seen at least 2 cars catch fire from this arrangement. If you put a pin hole in a hose on the inlet side of a pump you will have a small leak,a pin hole on the pressure side will squirt fuel, like a squirt gun but better. There's a reason for the NHRA rules in the thumbnail and the you tube video is to show you more what you should have.
