hook style wiper arms

Has anyone found a hook style wiper arm that will fit on a squarebody?? Mine is an 87 GMC , I think i saw some discussion on one of these forums on here a while back. Thanks

They work great, I did that June of last year and they're still working as they should. Allows me to run modern beam style wiper blades that work and look better IMO

I think we are running a set of Ford truck wiper arms on ours to get the J-hook.
I will have to confirm with the boy though as he is the one that found the hack online.

I have an ’86 and I managed to adapt Jeep YJ wiper style hook arms with a little modification. It holds up well and modern brooms clip on easily. We just have to check the angle so that they rest well on the windshield.
