we was driving down the interstate and the truck just stop going it stayed running but the trans quit pulling
i can put it in R N (D) 3 2 1 and it acts like its in neutral
before the trans quit pulling we had a problem with the speedometer shooting to 100 and the rpm's staying at 0 but all the other gauges worked fine
now with the truck running i can switch the transfer case while is in a gear and it grinds i know im not supposed to do that but wouldn't that mean that the transmission is working could it be the transfer case?
i checked the fluid level in the trans and its full
