Check your wiring for a short, check the bulb sockets for corrosion.

and make sure that it has the right size fuse (not one too small). You can always put a bigger in.

I already put a 20 fuse they seem to work fine when I drop the gear to reverse and swap out the fuse but once I put the truck on park it blows it out again. Tried it multiple time same result

99% of the time the reason fuses pop is because of a short somewhere. This includes deterioated wiring, broken wiring, bad sockets somewhere or a wire broken.

Basic wiring 101 and these trucks are super simple.

mine did that. short in the reverse lights.
