Are your hoses in line vertical or horizontal? Should be the top hose goes to your water pump and the bottom hose goes to your intake.

If I'm not mistaken one is 5/8" and one is 3/4". Unless someone messed with it just match them up, but it's that way on the heater core inlet/outlet.

Upper hose (3/4") to intake.

Lower hose (5/8") to water pump.

Oh perfect, its probably different size. Still havnt tried to hook it up. I need to put the nipple for the intake manifold on the new manifold and find a plug for my thermostat housing. Thank you people!

Save yourself future headache and use a brass plug, not iron.

After this iron plug broke my breaker bar, and it took setting 3 on my huge milwaukee impact with a full battery... I get that. I already reused it but definitely going to put a brass barb in when I replace the hoses(pretty poor condition). Is that a 3/8?
