head light bezel: $15 bucks vs $25 bucker....

Most restoration after market head light bezels (1981) vendors sell only one "grade" bezel and are $15-17 bucks, and a "standard" and "premium" priced Grill.

Only one vendor has a $15 and a $25 buck each bezels

On the Bezels: Im confuzed....What to do ?

Is the $25 bezel a waste of money?

They are all plastic junk these days. Contact the seller and ask what the difference is.

Here's the 2 we sell. The only real difference is that the standard/single headlight bezel has alot more material in it vs a hole for the lower light of the V22 grille

The $18 one is for the quad headlight/V22 grille:

Is the $25 bezel a waste of money?

If you buy 2 bezels, you are only out an additional $20 if they aren't "premium". I think I'd take the chance.

And yet I spent a couple hours sanding, prepping and painting the old bezels that were in the 86 vs $30 for new.
(Actually it was when we first got the truck, was just driving it for the year and not buying parts for the resto and I wasn’t going to pay $20 in shipping for .2lbs of plastic that fit in a shoebox….and they were last painted black and looked stupid so something had to be done!)
5 years later still rocking the old ones with a shot coat of some old silver Dodge basecoat I have that looks suspiciously close to argent but in a metallic.

Same. I just scuffed and sprayed mine the same bright silver as the grille lol
