Remember those Thrush mufflers from the 70's? They were $12 each. I miss them.... for header mufflers! Nothing better for firing up a fresh mill, breaking in the cam and such, set timing. Drive around the block, hard. Take a breather then install your new and well planned exhaust... 8" !
Just kidding.

I did initially but hope it didn't really offend the OP. He has access to an inexpensive upgrade to his truck and wants to try it out. In that case Incould say go for it. I laughed at it but wouldn't want it to offend someone from the forum.

Back to the subject if the OP is still around.
Our squares were driver side exit but most newer trucks were passenger side exit so being he said it wasnt from an old truck it may not even be able to be installed.
