6.750" or 8"? its on a stock 350, not looking to put any real power in it, just intake, 600cfm carb, header, exhaust, maybe cam. the truck is going to be bagged using front dropmember, so would the 8" become a clearance issue?

Depends on your timing tab on the timing chain cover, and the clearance under the engine cradle. Is it a 4-bolt main or 2-bolt main engine? What size is on it now?
