Harmonic balancer bolt torque specs

I’m finally putting the truck back together after the timing set change (started as a water pump change). I have the new balancer pressed in (proper tool made this so easy) and I have new ARP bolts to go in. I cannot find the torque specs for the center bolt into the crank or the three smaller bolts that hold the belt pulley on it.

What are the specs? Where do you go to find the specs for these trucks.

Behold, the 1984 service manual, available right here on the site

60ft lb for the center bolt, for the pulley bolts like 30-35ftlb if they are 3/8”
