Hardware kit

Just joined the group,looking for a hardware master kit 1983 GM K10 fleetside.All i can find are kits up to 1980,is there much difference?

Body hardware?

I'm sure quantities may differ between the two, but they used roughly the same hardware between 70's and 80's. I'm betting a kit may not be exactly what was used anyway.
